Q.What kind of translators do you use?: A.We only use native speaking translators with experience in the chosen field who have passed our rigorous selection process.
Q.Do you use translators with experience in the industry / field being translated?: A.We ask our translators to take a test in their chosen fields of expertise and only use those translators who pass the test. We then use the translators resume, results of their test, previous experience, and so on to chose the best translators for each project.
Q.Do you handle files in any format?: A.We support all common file formats such as text files, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, PDF, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop. If your files are in another format, we will always do our best to handle the format you want.
Q.Can you handle rush projects?: A.We will always do our best to meet your deadline. Contact us with the details and we will get back to you ASAP!
Q.How do you calculate the number of words/characters for translation?: A.We have a standard cost structure based on the type of file and number of words/characters, which allows us to establish the overall cost of the project in our estimate to you before we even get started.
Q.Do different projects have different prices?: A.The cost of projects varies depending on a multitude of factors including language pair, field, delivery date, specialty, and so on. Our estimates are all custom made to reflect the needs of the client and to reach the best possible price for all involved.
Q.What is your quality control process?: A.All documents are handled by a team of translators, checkers, and rewriters as needed to ensure optimum quality output.
